Our Cabinets

Making cabinets is an art. From choosing the right materials to putting it all together, it takes a lot to go from “good enough” to great—and we do it 10 million times every year.

Precision-fixed, pressure-fitted, and mechanically fastened for optimal durability.

Achieve alignment flexibility in an up-and-down adjustment via an under-mount clip on the drawer body allows for ease and greater adjustment.  Simply loosen and retighten the drawer front mounting screws.

High-quality materials like solid wood, eye-catching veneers, and engineered products that can fit a variety of styles.

Six-way adjustable CushionCloseⓇ hinges that can open up to 105 degrees and feature an on/off switch to toggle lighter pressure.

Damper technology that reduces slamming and ensures gentle, quiet closing for drawers and select organizational products.

Upgrades cabinet side panels to ¾” plywood to offer a more furniture-like look featuring cabinet side panels that help achieve a designer look flushed with face frame edges.  Ideal when using decorative end panels for ease of install.

Solid drawer construction with fully captured bottoms and glued dovetail joints that meets KCMA load standards of 15 lbs/ft²

Our Materials

From classic hardwood to cutting-edge engineered products, we’ve got the perfect finish to give your cabinets the perfect blend of durability and style.

Painted

Painted finishes feel fresh, crisp, and clean. They work very well with most transitional styles, looking as beautiful in a cottage kitchen as a contemporary one. To achieve this finish, we apply paint to a blend of hardwood and engineered materials, adding durability and consistent coverage.

Maple

A wonderfully versatile finish, Maple works for nearly any style. It’s a beautiful choice for craftsman-inspired cabinets and sleek enough to work in a midcentury modern kitchen. Maple can range from white and blonde tones to reddish brown ones and becomes more prominent when stained.

Cherry

With its pin knots, sap pockets, and lovely grain variations, Cherry is a classic favorite for those who love the comfort and character of hardwood. Ranging from pale yellow to deep reddish browns with occasional shades of white, green, pink, or gray, it has a timeless feel.

Duraform®

If you’re looking for durability, and a cabinet that is easy to clean and resists moisture, Duraform is a great option. It uses the latest technology to bond a finish to composite wood, providing a consistent look and exceptional stability.

The Shenandoah Way

We put quality at the center of everything we do—from the way we build our cabinets, to the way we treat our customers, to the way we run our business. All of our products are KCMA certified for strength, performance, and sustainability.
